Shop Terms for Buyers

FixPro is operated by Lions Craft Global Trade Limited. Last updated 18 October 2026. Version 2026-10-18-v13.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy products from a seller in the FixPro Shop ("Shop"). The Shop is part of the FixPro platform operated by Lions Craft Global Trade Limited ("FixPro", "we", "us"). They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and should be read together with our Refund and Returns Policy. By placing an order you agree to these Shop Terms and the Refund and Returns Policy.

2. Who sells in the Shop

Products are listed and sold by independent sellers, who are skilled workers with a verified FixPro account. The sale of each product is a contract between you and the seller. FixPro provides the platform, handles your payment and helps with disputes, and is not the seller. FixPro is a marketplace and a payment agent: it holds the money, enforces the deadlines and the evidence rules, and decides disputes under these terms and the Refund and Returns Policy. FixPro is not a party to the sale. FixPro does not make, stock or inspect the products, and does not promise that a listing is accurate; the seller is responsible for what they list and what they send. Buyers answer for their own defaults and sellers for theirs.

3. Who can buy

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a FixPro account.
  • You cannot buy your own products.
  • One order is with one seller only. An order can have up to 20 different products and up to 99 of each.
  • You can have up to 5 orders waiting for a seller to respond at the same time.

4. How an order works

  1. You choose pickup or delivery (whichever the seller offers) and place the order. You are not charged yet.
  2. The seller has 24 hours to accept or decline. If they do not respond, the order is declined automatically and you have not paid anything. Stock is reserved for you when the seller accepts.
  3. If the seller accepts, you have 24 hours to pay. If you do not pay in time, the order is cancelled automatically.
  4. After you pay, FixPro holds your payment. The seller prepares your order and marks it ready, out for delivery and delivered (for pickup, "delivered" means handed over).
  5. When the seller marks the order delivered, you can tell us you received it, ask for a return, or report that you did not receive it (see section 8). Telling us you received it only records receipt: your 3-day return window stays open until it ends.
  6. The seller is paid only when your 3-day return window is over, about 4 days after delivery. There is no early release of payment. Your payment stays held until then.

You can cancel an order yourself while it is waiting for the seller, or after the seller accepts but before you pay. Once you have paid, you can no longer cancel it in the app: if there is a problem, talk to the seller in the order chat or contact support@fixpro.com.ng. See the Refund and Returns Policy.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Nigerian naira. Your total is the price of the products plus the seller's delivery fee (delivery orders only). FixPro charges buyers no service fee.
  • The payment provider may charge a payment processing fee on top of your order amount at checkout. That fee goes to the payment provider, not to FixPro or the seller, and it is not refundable.
  • If a price or the stock of a product in your cart changes before you place your order, we show you the change and you must confirm it again; the order is not placed at a price you have not seen.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. FixPro does not receive or store your card or bank login details. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Pay only through FixPro. Do not pay a seller in cash or by transfer outside the app: money paid outside FixPro is not protected by this process or by the Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Pickup and delivery

  • Pickup: the seller's pickup address is shown to you once the seller has accepted your order. Collect the order at the time you agree with the seller in the order chat. Check the products when you collect them, and tell the seller at once if something is wrong.
  • Delivery: the seller delivers to the address you gave when you placed the order, within the areas the seller lists, for the delivery fee shown at checkout. Give a complete and correct address and be reachable on the day. If delivery fails because of you (a wrong or incomplete address, being unreachable, or refusing the delivery without cause), you bear the delivery cost and the delivery fee is not refunded. Delivery times are agreed with the seller; sellers also show a preparation time on their listings.
  • The seller marks the order "delivered" only when you have received it. You can ask for a return, or report that you did not receive it, within the times in section 8.
  • The seller's phone number is shown to you only after you have paid. Keep your conversation in the order chat where possible; it is the record we look at if there is a dispute.

7. Order chat and contact details

Each order has a chat between you and the seller. It stays open while the order is open and can be read for 14 days after the order ends. Messages that contain phone numbers, email addresses or links to move the conversation or the payment outside FixPro are blocked. In a dispute, FixPro staff may read the order chat.

8. Receiving your order, returns and reporting a problem

  • Receiving your order. After the seller marks your order delivered, tap "I've received it" to tell us you got it. This only records receipt. Your order stays open for returns until 72 hours (3 days) after delivery.
  • Your return window. You have 72 hours after delivery to ask for a return, or to use "I never received this order" if it did not arrive. If you do neither, the order completes automatically 72 hours after it was marked delivered, and after that a refund is no longer available through the app (see the Refund and Returns Policy for late defects).
  • When the seller is paid. The seller is paid about 4 days after delivery: when your return window is over, plus about 24 hours. The payment cannot be released earlier, and you can ask for a return at any time until your window is over, whether or not you have tapped "I've received it".
  • Returns: the three cases. To return an item you must give a reason and ask within 3 days of receiving it. You choose which items to return and how many of each, so you can return part of an order. You make one return request per order.
    1. You changed your mind (or another reason that is not the seller's fault, unless FixPro decides the seller was at fault): you send the item back and you pay your own return shipping. FixPro never pays or reimburses it. You get the price of the items you return back. The delivery fee is not refunded. No restocking fee is charged.
    2. The seller was at fault because the goods are defective, unfit for sale, inferior, not as described, counterfeit, the wrong item or arrived damaged: you get the price of the items you return back, plus the delivery fee (all of it if you return everything, a share in proportion to the value you return if you return only some items). The seller pays that fee. The return shipping is also reimbursed to you on proof of what you paid, and the seller covers that cost.
    3. A defect found after the 3-day window (support reviews defect claims for up to 30 days after receipt, with photo evidence, at FixPro's discretion): the refund is paid only from money FixPro recovers from the seller's future payouts, in instalments. FixPro does not use its own money for it, and is not liable to pay it if the seller has no future payouts to recover it from. Wear and tear and damage you caused are excluded.
  • The payment processing fee you paid at checkout goes to the payment provider and is never refunded. Refunds are made up of the price of the returned items and, where the seller was at fault, the delivery fee share the seller pays.
  • Condition of the item. A returned item must be:
    • in its original condition and packaging;
    • complete, with all seals, tags and accessories;
    • sent with your order number, which you keep; and
    • free of your passwords, if it is a device (remove them before you send it).
When you ask for a return you tick a box to confirm the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Items that cannot be returned if you change your mind. A seller may mark certain items, for example underwear, swimwear, cosmetics and food supplements, as not returnable if the buyer changes their mind. The product page shows this before you buy, and it is fixed for an order at the time the order is placed, so a later change by the seller does not affect an order you have already placed. You cannot return such an item because you changed your mind, but you can still return it when it is faulty, the wrong item, fake or not as described.
  • If we cannot validate your return. If, after the seller has received the item, FixPro finds that the return cannot be validated, there is no refund, and the seller sends the item back to you at your cost (you pay the shipping).
  • For a fault reason you must attach at least 1 clear photo when you ask (photos only for now; video is not supported yet); for a change of mind photos are optional. Once we approve a return you have 3 days to hand the item back, otherwise the return is closed and the order stays as it is. Perishable and made-to-order goods are not returnable unless defective. We do not accept returns or give refunds for damage that the buyer caused after delivery, through misuse or by altering the item. The day of return is the day you mark the item returned in the app (adding your courier receipt or tracking number is optional but recommended). Replacements are not offered through the platform, only refunds; you and the seller can agree a replacement outside the system, which does not change FixPro's refund rules. Refunds go back to the payment method you used (card or bank transfer) where the payment provider allows it; where it does not, or where a return-shipping reimbursement is due, we pay by bank transfer to an account you give us. Once the seller confirms they have the item back, we start your refund within 7 business days of the day of return; it can then take up to 10 business days to reach you. See the Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
  • While a return or problem is open, the part of the seller's payment that is at stake is not paid. FixPro reviews it and decides under these terms and the Refund and Returns Policy; how, and what you get back, is explained there.

9. Reviews

Once you have told us you received your order, or it is completed, you can rate the seller and leave a comment. Reviews must reflect a genuine order and must not be abusive, misleading or contain contact details. We may hide a review that breaks these rules.

10. What you must not do

  • Place orders you do not intend to complete, or open a problem report you know to be untrue.
  • Pressure a seller to deal outside FixPro, or share contact details to avoid the platform.
  • Abuse, threaten or harass sellers or our staff.

You can report a product or a shop that you think breaks the rules (for example prohibited, counterfeit, misleading or unsafe items) from its page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

11. When the Shop is paused or closed

We may switch the Shop off, for example for maintenance or if we stop offering it. While it is off, new orders cannot be placed, but orders that are already open can still be paid, received, returned, reported and completed in the normal way, and the same time limits keep running. We will give at least 30 days' notice before closing the Shop permanently, and existing orders are finished first.

12. Our responsibility

FixPro does what it says in these terms and the Refund and Returns Policy. We are not the seller of the products and are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of products, for a seller's conduct or default, or for a buyer's default (including a change of mind), except where Nigerian law says otherwise. FixPro acts as a marketplace and payment agent: it holds the funds and decides disputes under these terms, and is not a party to the sale. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. An order you have already placed stays under the version that applied when you placed it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and disputes are subject to the courts of Nigeria, as set out in our Terms of Service. Questions? Email support@fixpro.com.ng.
