Seller Terms

FixPro is operated by Lions Craft Global Trade Limited. Last updated 18 October 2026. Version 2026-10-18-v13.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to skilled workers who sell products in the FixPro Shop ("Seller", "you"). The sale of each product is a contract between you and the buyer. FixPro provides the platform, handles the payment and helps with disputes, and is not the seller. FixPro is a marketplace and a payment agent: it holds the buyer's money, enforces deadlines and evidence rules, takes its commission and decides disputes under these terms, and is not a party to the sale. Buyers answer for their own defaults and you answer for yours. The Shop is part of the FixPro platform operated by Lions Craft Global Trade Limited ("FixPro", "we", "us"). They add to the FixPro Skilled Worker Agreement you accepted, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For sales in the Shop, if these terms and the Skilled Worker Agreement differ, these terms apply. The commission in the Skilled Worker Agreement applies to Jobs; the Shop commission is in section 7 below. Opening a shop means you accept these terms: when you submit your shop you tick a box to accept them, and we record the version of the terms you accepted.

You sell as an independent business, not as an employee or agent of FixPro. You are responsible for your own stock, pricing, taxes, licences and any permits your products need.

2. Opening a shop

  • You need a FixPro skilled worker account with verified identity (KYC), a bank account on file for payouts, and an account that is not suspended.
  • You create a shop profile (name, description, city, and whether you offer pickup, delivery or both, with your pickup address, delivery areas and delivery fee). FixPro reviews it and may approve, reject or ask you to change it. Products from a shop that is not approved are not visible to buyers.
  • If you stop being eligible (for example your bank account is removed, your verification lapses or your account is suspended), your products are hidden and your payouts pause until it is fixed.

3. Your listings

Good listings sell faster and keep buyers happy. When you list a product you agree to:

  • Use clear, well-lit photos of the actual product. We recommend at least 3 photos from different angles. You can add up to 6 photos (JPG, PNG or WEBP, 3 MB each). Use your own photos: no watermarks, other shops' logos or images copied from the internet.
  • Write a title that says exactly what the item is, with size, material or model where it matters.
  • Describe it honestly: condition, what is included and any defects. Do not claim what you cannot back up.
  • Set a fair price, keep your stock numbers up to date, and choose the right category.
  • Not put phone numbers, email addresses, links or similar contact details in titles, descriptions or messages. They are blocked, and are not allowed as a way to take buyers or payments outside FixPro.

The price a buyer sees when ordering is the price you are bound to for that order. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish.

Hygiene items. You may mark a product as not returnable if the buyer changes their mind, for example underwear, swimwear, cosmetics and food supplements, using the box on the product form. Use it only for items that cannot safely be resold once opened or tried on. The buyer sees this on the product page before buying, and it is fixed for an order at the time the order is placed: changing the box later does not affect orders already placed. Even then, the buyer can still return the item if it is faulty, the wrong item, fake or not as described, and section 9 applies to that return as usual.

4. Review of new sellers' products

To protect buyers, FixPro checks the first products of new sellers before they go live. Until 3 of your products have been approved, a product you publish waits in a review queue and becomes visible only after our team approves it. If we reject a product we tell you why so you can fix it and publish it again. After 3 of your products have been approved, you publish straight to the Shop. For every seller, changing the title, category or photos of a live product can send it back to review. We may also review, hide or remove any product at any time.

5. Prohibited items and conduct

You must not list, sell or describe:

  • alcohol, tobacco, vapes and shisha;
  • weapons, ammunition and explosives, including toy guns and pepper spray;
  • drugs, prescription medicines, steroids and anything else that is illegal to sell in Nigeria;
  • counterfeit, "first copy", replica, pirated or knock-off goods;
  • adult content or adult products;
  • stolen goods, or items you do not have the right to sell;

Listings are automatically screened for these words, but you remain responsible for what you list. You must also not mislead buyers, manipulate reviews, ask a buyer to pay outside FixPro, or harass buyers or staff.

6. Handling an order

  1. When an order arrives you have 24 hours to accept or decline it. If you do not respond, it is declined automatically. If you miss 3 orders within 30 days, your shop is suspended automatically; you will get a warning after the 2nd missed order, and you can appeal to support. A missed order is an order you fail to accept or fulfil in time. Accepting reserves your stock, so accept only what you can supply.
  2. The buyer then has 24 hours to pay. You may cancel an accepted order only until it is paid.
  3. When the buyer has paid, FixPro tells you. Prepare the order and mark it ready, out for delivery (delivery orders) and delivered, in the app, as it happens. Mark an order delivered only when the buyer has received it (for pickup, when you have handed it over). Marking it too early starts the buyer's 3-day return window.
  4. You cannot cancel a paid order yourself. If you cannot supply it, tell the buyer in the order chat and contact support@fixpro.com.ng straight away; we will cancel the order and refund the buyer.
  5. Deliver to the address on the order, within the areas and for the delivery fee in your shop profile. Orders paid for and not delivered 3 days after payment can be refunded to the buyer at the buyer's request, once we have contacted you.
  6. Use the order chat for all communication with the buyer. It stays open while the order is open and can be read for 14 days after it ends. FixPro staff may read it if there is a dispute.

7. Commission

  • FixPro charges a commission of 5% of the goods total of each Shop order (the price of the products multiplied by the quantity). It is not charged on the buyer's delivery fee, which is paid to you in full.
  • Example: the buyer orders products worth ₦10,000 and pays ₦1,000 delivery. Total paid: ₦11,000. Commission: 5% of ₦10,000 = ₦500. Your payout: ₦11,000 − ₦500 = ₦10,500.
  • The rate that applies is fixed for an order when the order is placed and is shown to you on the order.
  • If the goods of an order are refunded, no commission is charged on the refunded amount. If it is split, the commission is reduced in the same proportion as your share.
  • We may change the commission rate for future orders by giving you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email. Using the Shop after that date means you accept the new rate.

8. Payment and payout

  • The buyer pays FixPro. FixPro holds the money until the order is completed. You are not paid before then.
  • An order is completed automatically 72 hours (3 days) after you marked it delivered, which is the end of the buyer's return window, if the buyer has not asked for a return or reported a problem; or when FixPro resolves a return or dispute in your favour. When the buyer taps "I've received it", that only records receipt: the return window stays open and it does not complete the order. There is no early release of payment: you are always paid about 4 days after delivery.
  • About 24 hours after completion, FixPro sends your payout to the bank account registered on your account. In the normal case this is about 4 days after delivery (the 3-day return window plus 24 hours). The order page shows when your payout is expected. Larger payouts may be reviewed by our team before they are sent. You are responsible for keeping your bank details correct and bear any loss caused by inaccurate details you gave us.
  • Open returns. While a return is open, the part of your payout for the returned items is held until the return is decided. If the reason is one that is your fault (defective, not as described, wrong item, damaged on arrival or counterfeit), the delivery fee share of your payout can also be held. It is paid to the buyer if you are at fault, and otherwise released to you. The rest of the order, the items that are not returned, is paid on the normal schedule.
  • Payout hold. We may hold the payout of an order while we review it, for example because of a problem report, a complaint or a suspected rule breach. A held payout is not cancelled: it is paid in the next payout run after the hold is lifted. We tell you when a payout is put on hold and when the hold is lifted. We may not share our internal reasons while a review is in progress.
  • A payout is also paused automatically while your account or shop is suspended or closed, or if your identity verification or bank details are no longer in place. It is paid once the problem is fixed. FixPro may withhold a payout permanently only for proven fraud or serious breach, after written notice to you, and you can appeal by emailing support. Money withheld in this way may be used to refund affected buyers.

9. Problems, disputes and refunds

  • A buyer has 72 hours (3 days) after you mark an order delivered to ask for a return or to report that the order was not received. Your payout for what is at stake is held while FixPro reviews a return or report; the rest is paid on schedule. You can answer in the order chat, and we may ask you for proof of delivery or handover, photos and messages.
  • We decide whether to pay you, refund the buyer in full, or split the money. We tell you our decision with a short note. If the buyer is refunded, you do not receive the payout for the refunded amount. The rules buyers see are in the Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Returns. A buyer may ask to return an item, with a reason, within 3 days of receiving it. The buyer chooses which items to return and how many of each, so a return can be part of an order, and makes one return request per order. FixPro decides, under these terms, which of these cases applies:
    1. Change of mind (and other reasons that are not your fault): the buyer sends the item back and pays their own return shipping. FixPro does not pay or reimburse it and you are not charged for it. The buyer is refunded the price of the returned items only; the delivery fee is not refunded. No restocking fee is charged.
    2. Your fault: if the goods you sold are unfit for sale, defective, inferior, not as described, counterfeit, the wrong item or arrived damaged, you pay the cost of returning them, you must accept the return, the buyer is refunded and you do not receive payment for them. The buyer's refund is the price of the returned items plus the delivery fee (all of it if everything is returned, a share in proportion to the value returned if only some items are), and you pay that delivery fee share. The buyer's reasonable return shipping cost is also reimbursed to the buyer. The return shipping is charged to you: it is taken from your held payout or, if there is none, netted from your future payouts, and FixPro may write it off if you have no further payouts. You are not charged the buyer's payment processing fee.
    3. A defect found after the 3-day window (support reviews defect claims for up to 30 days after receipt): the buyer is refunded only from money FixPro recovers from your future payouts, in instalments. FixPro does not advance its own money. The amount to be recovered is charged to you and netted from your future payouts, oldest first, and a payout is never reduced below ₦0.
    The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging with its seals, tags and accessories, and, if you mark a product as not returnable when the buyer changes their mind, a buyer cannot return it for that reason. If FixPro cannot validate a return after you have received the item, the buyer is not refunded and you send the item back to the buyer at the buyer's cost. Perishable and made-to-order goods are not returnable unless defective. You do not have to accept, and no refund is made for, damage that the buyer caused after delivery, through misuse or by altering the item. A refund for a returned item is initiated within 7 business days from the day of return, which is the day the buyer marks it returned, and is paid once you (or FixPro) confirm the item is back. Please confirm in the app as soon as the item arrives and say whether it came back as sent. You have 3 days after the buyer marks the item sent back to confirm that you received it; the app shows the date and we send reminders. If you do not confirm, FixPro reviews the buyer's proof. When FixPro asks you for evidence, send it within 2 business days, after which we decide on the information we have. Replacements are not offered through the platform; you and the buyer can agree one outside the system and it does not change FixPro's refund rules. If delivery fails because of the buyer (wrong address, unreachable, refusing the delivery without cause), the buyer bears the delivery cost and the delivery fee is not refunded. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Buyers can leave a rating and comment after a completed order. You cannot remove reviews, but you can ask us to look at one that breaks the rules (abusive, false or containing contact details).

10. Suspension and removal

We may hide or remove a product, or suspend your shop or account, if you break these terms, sell prohibited or misleading products, receive repeated valid complaints, or put buyers or the platform at risk. We tell you when we do this and, where we can, why. While a shop is suspended it is not visible to buyers and cannot take new orders. Paid orders on a suspended shop are completed if you can fulfil them, otherwise they are refunded. You can ask us to review a decision by emailing support@fixpro.com.ng.

11. Closing your account and winding down the Shop

  • You can stop selling at any time by hiding or deleting your products. You cannot delete your account while you have Shop orders in progress, an open dispute, or a payout that has not yet been sent or settled; finish those first.
  • FixPro may switch the Shop off, for example for maintenance or if we stop offering it. While it is off, new orders cannot be placed and shops, listings and shop settings cannot be changed, but open orders carry on: you can still accept, ship and deliver them, buyers can still pay, receive, return and report problems, the same time limits apply, and payouts are still sent. We will give sellers at least 30 days' notice before closing the Shop permanently, and existing orders are finished first.

12. Liability, law and contact

You are responsible for the products you sell and for any claim from a buyer about them. You must compensate FixPro for claims, losses and costs caused by your goods or listings (for example counterfeit, unsafe or defective goods, or injury). FixPro is a marketplace and payment agent, not a party to the sale, and is not liable for the goods or for the default of either the buyer or the seller. It does not guarantee that you will get orders or any level of sales. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Nigerian law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and are subject to the courts of Nigeria, in the same way as our Terms of Service; the dispute clause of the Skilled Worker Agreement also applies between you and FixPro. We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app or by email. Questions? Email support@fixpro.com.ng.
